Gordon Hart is an authorized GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Trainer.

The Gyrotonic Pre-Training course offered at Movement Revolution is the pre-requisite to entering a Level 1 Foundation Course.  The course is also available to those who just want to enrich and deepen their own GYROTONIC practice. And if you are a PMA-CPT, the course has been approved for 28 PMA CECs!!!

The Pre-Training course is over a 6 day period and we will generally offer it twice a year. Next one is scheduled for August 15th, 16th, 17th, and 22nd, 23rd, and 24th 2015.

Times:
Saturdays (15th and 22nd): 10-1pm and 3-6pm (break 1pm-3pm)
Sundays (16th and 23rd): 10-1pm and 3-6 (break 1pm-3pm)
Mondays (17th and 124th) 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm (break 12pm – 2pm)
