Movement Revolution offers group classes for up to 3 participants per class which allows for some individualized attention to your technique and form. Classes are rated in challenge by Levels 1-3. It is highly recommended for ALL class levels that participants are familiar with Pilates, Yoga, or GYROTONIC and have had private instruction at some point in their lifetime.
Level 1 (L1): classes will focus on basic movement patterns while emphasizing proper technique and form. Exercises will accommodate modifications for those with back, neck or various joint issues.
Level 2 (L2): classes will incorporate exercises requiring a higher level of coordination, flexibility and strength than Level 1. Not as much time will be emphasized on modifications so participants will be expected not do exercises they are not comfortable with.
Level 3 (L3): classes at this level are for the highly athletic. Participants are strong, not prone to injury, and are very experienced with Pilates concepts and movement patterns.
Tank Top Arms: This Reformer class utilizes the infinity bar from Balanced Body to create a unique upper body Pilates experience. Strengthen and tone those upper arms and get ready to go sleeveless!
Reformer Class: This class works on all areas of the body through classic repertoire on the Reformer.
Wunda Chair Class: This class works on all areas of the body through classic repertoire on the Chair. If you have never worked on this apparatus before it is mandatory to take a Level 1 class prior to jumping into a higher level.
